Immanuel WELCA Scholarship News

The women of the ELCA at lmmanuel have provided scholarship assistance to students in our congregation attending church colleges since 1988.

The students who attended Concordia College and
were assisted by the lmmanuel WELCA scholarship program
are Tiana Weiler, Tara Hove, Lisa Ekness, Chad Netolicky,
Mike Anderson, Branden Christensen, Wendy Keldsen, Kyle,
Seth, and Luke Koterba, Michael Westhoff, Briann Koterba and
Nichole Sorenson.

It has been through the efforts and generosity of members of the lmmanuel congregation that this program has flourished and assisted these 13 young men and women to attain their goals. We cannot do it without your help.

The scholarship committee will sponsor a special coffee
hour after worship at lmmanuel on August 19, 2007, with the
free-will offering taken being used specifically for the scholar-
ship fund. We hope that many members of the congregation
will take advantage of this opportunity to generously support the
young men and women who will be attending Concordia College
in the future.

If it is not convenient to donate to the scholarship fund

during the coffee hour, you can contribute to the fund at any

time. Send your tax-deductible donation to the lmmanuel
