Unofficial lmmanuel Lutheran Church Council Minutes

The lmmanuel Lutheran Church Council was called to order by President Dennis Kittelson on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 with the following members in attendance: Ken Keldsen, Dennis Kittelson, Chad Solberg, Doug Tangedal and Pastor Westhoff.

Pastor Westhoff led devotions on "Mary Magdalene: Recognizing Jesus".

The Treasurer's Report was presented. Chad Solberg moved to accept the report as written, Ken Keldsen seconded. Motion carried. The following bills were presented:

Chad Solberg moved to pay bills, Doug Tangedal seconded. Motion carried. The Secretary's Report was presented. Chad Solberg moved to accept the report as written, Ken Keldsen seconded. Motion carried.

Committees:

'Cemeterv: The cemetery was cut before the 4th of July. Looks good.

'Education: DiscussedVBS situation.

'Pro~ertv and Manaaement: The South Roof still needs repair. Dennis volunteered to try to fix the roof at not cost to the congregation. Everyone agreed. The potholes in the driveway were filled by Terry Ruggles. Thank you! s stewards hi^: No report. No report. 'Endowment: At the June 18th meeting it was voted to give an additional $200.00 to the Window Fund.

Old Business 'Handicapped Bathroom Committee: Property lines have been found.

New Business

* Chad Solberg moved and Doug Tangedal seconded to set up a "Handicapped Fund". Motion carried.

Announcements Communion assistant for August -Ken Keldsen Next meeting: Wednesday, August 15,2007 at 7:00 pm.

August 5th LPA Luann Tangedal will be here to lead worship at lmmanuel August 12th Sweet Corn Festival at UMM
