News From Bishop Omland I am both humbled and excited that Ihave been invited to join the Seminary Relations staff at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.
I will join the team of Philanthropic Advisers who work with friends and donors of the seminary in providing financial resources for the mission of the seminary.
Iwill begin my ministry at Luther on November 1, 2007, and am looking forward to working with a dedicated and talented team that includes my old friend and colleague, Pr Gerry Rafftery.
I am thankful to God for this opportunity to serve the church. Please keep Julie and me in your prayers in this time of transition.
