7:30 pm.

The regular meeting of the lmmanuel WELCA was held on July 10, 2007. There were 11 members in attendance. President Val Moore called the meeting to order and led in the reading the Purpose Statement.

Devotions were provided by Faith Circle. Lori Bjorgen gave a reading entitled "How old is Grandma?and read Ecclesiastes 3:l-9 followed by a short prayer.

The Secretary's Report was read by Donna Sorenson. There were no additions or corrections so the report will stand as read.

Peggy Bowman presented the Treasurer's Report. Final figures for the income from the Nelson Auction were not available because we have not received payment yet for hamburger patties that were sold to the girl's softball concessions. Once that money has been received the net income will be given to the church's general fund.

Peggy also requested that funds collected by Circles at their meetings for the Bolivia Scholarship Fund should be designated separately from offering money when turned in. Missions Coordinator Reports:

'Growth: Kolby Ruggles reported that the Leader Guides and Companion Bibles for the new Bible study beginning in September have arrived. A few extra Companion Bibles are available and may be purchased for $2.95.

'Action: Mary Lou Heppner reported that 151 quilts, 19 School Kits and 10 Sewing Kits had been made and were delivered to Williston on May 16.

Val mentioned that she had noticed extra-long twin sheets were on clearance sale at Penney's in Williston for $5.50. Mary Lou was authorized to pick some up for use in quilting.

Carol Grover reported that she had been in contact with Global Health Ministries and was informed that the response to the knitted or crocheted bandages campaign had been so overwhelming that this type of bandage was no longer needed. She was told, however, that there is a need for 30" x 30 knitted baby blankets. She will check on the exact specifications for these blankets and report her findings to us.

"Community: No report.

There was no correspondence to be read, but Val mentioned that at this time last year we sent the letter to the textile company requesting free quilting materials. She will talk to Pastor Barb about sending another letter this year since the request has to come from the Pastor in order to be honored by the textile company. Old Business:
